Payment

  • Online payment, at time of booking, is required to secure appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a session will not be refunded. This includes “no shows.”  Instead, the session fee will be donated to the SPCA of Brazoria County.
  • For your financial security and convenience, all online payments are processed through PayPal. However, a PayPal account is not required.  To find out how PayPal protects your personal and financial information, Click Here(PayPal Security Information Page).
  • On location portrait purchases are available, and may be paid for with most debit/credit cards, which are processed using a Square Card Reader.  To find out how Square protects your personal and financial information, Click Here(Square Security Information Page).
  • Personal checks may be accepted.  This does not include out-of-state, or temporary checks.  Checks for amounts exceeding purchase total will not be accepted.
  • For safety and security, no cash will be accepted.  No cash is available to make change.
  • Prices for good and services are non-negotiable.
  • If a portrait session cannot be completed, due to uncooperative pet(s), a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are paid by check, and will be postmarked no more than five (5) business days after a refund request is received.

Privacy

  • Studio Pup does not collect or interact with credit card payment information.  Instead, purchases are directed through secure, third-party processors.  See Payment section of this page for more details.
  • Contact information is used by Studio Pup to update customers on purchases, and promotions.  Customers may opt-out of some, or all promotions by filling out the Contact Page form and indicating their wishes.
  • Photographs that do not including people may be used for promotional purposes.  Any customers not wishing to have their pet(s) featured in any way, may fill out the Contact Page form and indicate their wishes.

Scheduling

  • Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Payment of session fee is due at time of booking.
  • In an effort to keep customers’ financial information secure, all appointment bookings must be completed online, through the Studio Pup Booking Page.
  • A maximum of three (3) pets/subjects may be scheduled for a single portrait session.  Additional pets/subjects may be included for $25 each.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of a session will not be refunded. This includes “no shows.”  Instead, the session fee will be donated to the SPCA of Brazoria County.
  • By definition, an “appointment” has a specific start and end time.  The end time of a portrait session is not dependent on the start time.  If a session begins later than scheduled, there may not be enough time to achieve the desired portrait results.  Customers arriving more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be considered “no shows.”

Contests and Drawings

  • Only complete entries will be considered
  • Only one entry per person/phone number/email address/household
  • No purchase necessary to enter
  • Chances of winning depend on the total number of valid entries.
  • No contact information will be distributed for any reason
  • Unless otherwise indicated, prizes are transferable
  • Prizes have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers.
